Each year, the Seminar for Younger Poets awards ten fellowships (tuition, room & board) to undergraduate poets from around the country to participate in a 3-week program of workshops, readings, and writing time. Alumni have gone on to win National Book Awards, Lannan Foundation Fellowships, and Ruth Lilly Fellowships; to publish with such presses as Copper Canyon, Graywolf, and Knopf; and to appear in such venues as The New Yorker and Poetry Magazine, among other accomplishments.
