Morgan Ome, Writing Seminars Junior, Wins Iris N. Spencer Poetry Award

Congratulations to Morgan Ome, whose poem “Phosphenes” won the Iris N. Spencer Poetry Award. The Spencer Award is given annually by the West Chester University Poetry Center to an undergraduate writer for a poem composed in meter, rhyme and received form. Ome is now a junior at Johns Hopkins, double majoring in Writing Seminars and Italian.
